Meet the Staff
At FPCM we are blessed to have a wonderful team of staff and volunteers who lead Sunday worship and in ministries throughout the week.

Rev. Anthony Osimo

Bio: Pastor Tony is a 4th generation Southern Californian who grew up in Newport Beach, CA. He was a volunteer with the youth ministry at St. Andrews in Newport Beach and it was there he met his lovely wife, Anne. (She was another volunteer, not a student!)
He is a graduate of California State University Fullerton and received his M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary in Richmond, VA. Currently He is finishing his doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena.
In seminary Tony worked at Third Presbyterian Church in Richmond, VA and two years at Hebron PC in Manakin Sabot, VA. After ordination he served as associate pastor at First Presbyterian Church Boca Raton, Fl and then several years at San Clemente Presbyterian before coming to FPCM.
Pastor Tony enjoys hanging out with Anne and their children, Carey and Grace, as well as their dachshund, Shelby. Their downtime is usually spent catching up on movies at home, taking walks in the foothills or heading to the beach.

Peter attended Memorial University of Newfoundland and was selected to study at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London. He went on to earn both a Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees from the University of Southern California.
Dr. Green has been Director of Music at FPCM since 1995, and currently serves as Assistant Chair of the Visual & Performing Arts Division and Music Department Chair at Glendale College. Jason Emberger

He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University in Langhorne, PA with a degree in Bible and Youth Ministry. He is currently in the M.Div. program at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Jason met his wife Tina while in High School and attending the same Youth Group. They are passionate about working with Youth and have been involved in Youth and Camp ministry for the past 10 years. Tina loves hanging out with and leading the teen girls at FPCM. They are blessed to have two daughters, Corinne and Ainsley, plus a third child due this summer.
When not writing papers or leading youth events, Jason enjoys making traditional BBQ, likes to play Frisbee golf, hike, run to Monrovia Canyon and chase down food trucks. Fun fact: His birthday is the Fourth of July.

Tracy Phelps
Jr. High Co-Leader/Worship Leader
Bio: Tracy Phelps grew up in Anoka, Minnesota - a Northwest suburb of Minneapolis - and it took her a while to figure out that she could leave the cold, desolate winters behind. In 2005, she packed her little car with all it could hold and moved to California. She attended Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena and graduated in 2009 with a Master of Arts in Worship, Theology and the Arts
Tracy has been the Pre-Teen and Jr. High Youth Director at First Presbyterian Church for several years and also assists in worship, leads worship from time to time, has directed and written the dramas for Vacation Bible School as well as directed the variety show for the annual church spaghetti dinner/fund raiser.
